Some more tips to add:
1. Keep in mind that the adapter is not a voltage converter. Always check the voltage of sockets in the new country. One of my friend's dyson burnt down because of voltage difference in the country she was travelling to. So either buy a voltage converter or avoid taking expensive appliances.
2. You can use websites like getyourguide, viator , to take guided tours or day trips using these websites. They have a lot of options for experiences.
3. Try to use public transport in the country, you can get metro ticket or week pass if you are in a city for longer period. You can also use bicycles or E-bikes using apps , it is a great way of exploring a place and budget friendly.
4. You can get travel size mini packs and carry your bathing essentials in them.
5. Check the weather forecast in advance and plan your trip accordingly.
Another important thing is pack few essential clothes, sanitary napkin in the cabin luggage.if there is a delay in getting your luggage..it will save you some bucks from buying clothes at the destination
Thanks a lot Sherry! Will be going on my first ever solo trip next month and your tips will help me plan better. Also since I am commenting on your video for the first time, I'd like to tell you how beautiful you are inside out. Lots of love❤️

I paint my Initials on suitcase with Nailpaint like "RD" In one of the corner on top or bottom fronts on both sides, so I can find my bag from far away as well

Have a nice travel.!👍
One more advice is to start for the airport with time in hand. See so many folks these days who request for queue skipping at the checkin cos they came late. Sorry it’s an inconvenience for everyone.

A hack for your documents is to create a WhatsApp group with your own self and save all important documents in that WhatsApp chat
Esims work well. Noticed typically local sims are cheaper.
Thats a great tip.
