So im in the process of rebuilding my 2001 RM125 bottom and top end, and that is the exact seal that came from mine by the magneto cover, ive noticed 2 different variations of that seal, so it could be possibly the correct seal but an older version of it.

Ya I agree. But prefer the metal oem style type, and the inner is the same with sping so that's what's most important.
