How to Move Your Body Everyday

  • How to exercise consistently every single day is a very common question I've received over the years from my students and clients over the years - it never seems to get old! It's so important to move your body consistently everyday, and I do my best to impart that message with whoever I work with as a yoga teacher. That said, here's how to move your body every day!
It's one thing to think of how to workout consistently everyday logistically, but it's another battle of how to FEEL like working out consistently every day! In today's video, I share with you my methodology of how to do exercise consistently everyday, and also how to FEEL like exercising everyday. You can take these ideas and mold them to suit your personal needs.
You might also be wondering how to exercise at home consistently everyday, because I know how much resistance can be felt just getting in the car to go to the gym - the best part is that you won't even necessarily have to leave your house, because you can totally move your body at home too.
After watching this, you'll know how to workout consistently every single day and you'll embark on living an even healthier life. Good for you for taking charge of your wellbeing!

I read somewhere (can't remember where...could have been bunk lol) that rather than taking a day off, it's better to still do some very light training. Makes sense based on my anecdotal experience, and this is totally in line with your video!

what's your take on bodyweight circuit training as a time saver?

I love it! Circuit bodyweight training is great as it often tends to fall into the high intensity interval training (HIIT) category. Heart rate up, heart rate down, the cycle continues. A great endurance challenge. Movement is movement at the end of the day and I think it's all beneficial - you don't even need any additional weights aside from your own bodyweight to get a great cardiovascular workout + sweat going! A quick 20 minutes and you're golden :)
