I believe world pool masters are meant to be short. I mean you have to be top certain ranks to be invited, just like olympics. So I guess not enough participants isn't the problem, they just want it to be single elim. One life, short tournament, but big prize.

Whether American, Asian, European, I love great pool and this American likes and respect Shaw, Ko brothers, FSR,Filler, Fedor, SVB, skill and talent. Great commentating and and great tournament. Man so many salty SVB fanboys in here. Shaw is a great player as is SVB, every match up comes with a lucky roll or 2, and they each got one. I love watching shaw play though because he takes 3 seconds and fires off the shot he wants and drills it 95% of the time (plus hes a lefty like me)

Must be nice to be Jayson Shaw. To be such an incredible ball potter and also shit balls in that you can have mediocre position play and still run out. If God gave me a choice, you can have Shane’s all around pool game or play like Shaw, it’s fucking obvious you want Shane’s game.

Jason Shaw usually acknowledges lucky shots. I think he didn't this time because SVB didn't give any reaction for his lucky golden break and also, when fluked the 2 ball in the side he had a smirk on his face and gave no reaction to Jayson.
Look I understand playing safe and playing a so-called correctly but these players have zero balls some of these shots that they're not taking on I play in a bar league our top players not only would have taken those shots on without even questioning it they almost it's like a 90% they would have made them with position these are professionals on a world stage what the f*** is really going on honestly I get it I'm so called hating from the sidelines b******* we have an amazing pool pedigree up here in New England and these guys are are like soccer players if you catch my drift making everything seem so insanely difficult they play safe on on the maybe not the easiest shots but fairly easy shots even for non-professionals give me a break what what are we watching here
