Sounds like the Clyde, OH 3T22
Sounds like an omni-directional 2001 with an undertone lol. Great video!
A bit high pitched, but sounds great!
@MKIIProductions Yeah! I think the attack cycle time can vary. Because some tomes the can only growl and sometimes they can run forever!

@@exofriend4895 That was not a feature 10 years ago.
It sounds like that because the top rotor is the same rotor used in 2001’s so the bottom intakes probably plugged making it more of an Omni directional 2001
@sirenfan97 Depends on how long they run the alert tone.
That thing has a blocked lower intake...Makes it sound a lot like a 2001 with that unusually high pitch and slow wind-up.
Good lord does this sound amazing i wonder what voltage the siren is on. Normally 3t22s don't sound like this finominal catch
Sounds like Pleasant unity's 3T22 with the painted-shut lower damper, especially in attack!
Exactly
@whoisthisguy724 Yeah. I was surprised at how much it sounded like this siren!!
Great Shot Gabe!
Had a Blast.

I actually just heard the PUVFD 3t22B sound an alert cycle about 2 months ago and I think that as of 2/2/12 it could possibly be fixed. i didn't get a real good listen
strangest 2T22 ive ever heard, nice video.
@douro20 There is also one at Kensler school in west Wichita. :)
7 cycles... Thats Probably the Longest Ive heard this siren Go for.
Hmm...I didn't know this 2T22 even existed. I know there is one just outside of town between Wichita and Goddard.
@douro20 Yeah! I stumbled on a YT video of it and decided to go see it for my self.
I thinking the 2001 rotor is on the 2T22B instead of real 2T22 rotor. I think it's cool.
the 12 port 2t22 rotor and 2001 rotor are the same thing
alertec2202 Yeah. Samething

Update on the PUVFD siren: No it is not fixed. Yet.
It got Replaced by a Whelen 2001!
Sounds like the Clyde Oh 3t22b
Sounds Like a High Pitched 2001
@Nimhster They really should although it does make it sound unique. Probably a birds nest...
**tips siren top**
M'lady
Did this get replaced?
It was removed because it was in a location that an ATI already covered
+sirenfan97 dang
They dont make them anymore.
No p50s, they have a junkyard of the old sirens that can be refurbished and put up at any time.
