      @@CharlesBridgTec Charles, your performance and layouts on all the products that you bring to the table are very detailed. You have a huge following Nightcore knows that otherwise they wouldn’t send you prototypes before they hit the market. You’ll never see anybody else out there showing off prototypes like you do. that’s why I said a little kickback would be nice from the company being that you’re expanding their sales. The TM 39 I have the short body. I just ordered the larger battery pack. You were spot on about that light it’s a work of art. like I said before I have the K 70 2.0 along with that TN 42 V2 and Manker, which I have to admit, is an amazing light and you have to get your hands on that MK 35 -ll You’ll love that late Charles. I know you’re more into the floodlight which I happen to fancy myself. But the capabilities of that MK 35 is pretty amazing on paper it’s got 1 million Candella and a 2000 m throw capability at 6000 lm 90.2 of course. That’s your favorite LED. I was just looking at the Fenix LR 60 R I was interested in the light but have to do some more research 🔬 on this one.

    • @CharlesBridgTec

      Actually, combination beam types are my favorite followed by a flood beam.

    I have Nitecore 18650 batteries that are easily over 15 years old. I really hope the batteries that are in these sealed lights are the same or better quality!!

  • @razorraysolarsavings70
    @razorraysolarsavings70 Před 5 měsíci +5

    I’ve had a Fenix PD36 R for three years and it has been a tank. I use it just about everyday, it has been dropped on concrete a few times and it still works. Lol
    I just ordered the EDC 33, I like how you can access Lumin-shield quickly. Unlike the Fenix where I have to cycle it to reach 1600 lumens so it’s not ideal for self defense.
    Nitecore is innovating and coming out with nifty flashlights. For a low $69.99 I don’t mind the battery being sealed. Everything is a trade off in life.
    Thanks Charles.

    Hi Charles, Big fan of your work, thanx alot for bringing such a nice content. I have been eyeing for this one since edc33 cam out. two things i would like to know :
    1. Do all led comes on in all modes or only in highest mode? that is the flood and throw beams are always together on or only in high power mode? I have mixed uses so looking for all leds on in any mode.
    2. Can you please show us the beam comparison of both EDC35 vs DC33?

      Hello the lower modes use the single LED until you reach medium, high but single LED for half press and hold for turbo using the single center core. This has the exclusive 9 core LED. Thanks for watching!

    I'm really impressed with the EDC33 and did pre-order the 35. I do edc the 33 in my winter jacket and I'm wondering if the extra size and weight of the 35 is worth it for the increased runtimes and output. The firepower to size ratio of these lights is amazing.

    Also need to mention the pocket clip vs the EDC33. The tight point of the clip on the EDC35 is in a reasonable location. The clip on the EDC33 is directly over sharks teeth, which quickly eats my pocket.

    Nitecore have awesome flashlights but these latest sealed battery versions is definitely a no go for me at least with the Nitecore flashlights i have i can carry a spare battery for longer usage if needed with this edc 35 n edc 33 latest we haven't got that option so basically if you're running the flashlight on higher modes you're left in the dark fairly fast 👀 yh i know i hear you say higher is for short bursts but i think it's a big deal breaker overall there's the mh12 all the way up to the pro which are better options and this lumen shield 🛡️🙄 is just a ridiculous marketing ploy from Nitecore previously knowing as Turbo 🤣
