I like that video a lot, actually I'm a fan of Houston BBQ, eventho I from Europe. Btw some tips for you, when you show meat in the line, no need to show your face in the corner, then once you start eating it, you can just place camera in front of you, so you can record food and yourself. As an example take a look at Mark Wiens, and other. Just in case you wanna go big on CZcams, read book CZcams Formula by Derrel Eves, it's gonna change your view on youtube. Btw nice video and food :D

First place sells only beef rib? No pork ribs? Chicken or Turkey? Show your chewing-The Pit Room.
Once you have beef ribs you will understand why. Yes yiu probably already had them, but not this quality.
Pork ribs suck ass all u taste is bbq sauce. The only reason pork ribs is wide spread is cus they’re cheaper than beef ribs
