OMG YESSS i have to come visit u at hillside!!! reach out if u ever need anything at all!!! and use wall putty and use rubbing alcohol on ur walls, let it dry then stick the putty or command hooks on and then they will stick and not fall!!! idk how it works but it does. The furniture is not that heavy :)

Watching this is super interesting I’m from Australia so we don’t have “dorm rooms” , roommates, cafeteria and all that we just have Uni and some people stay with parents others have to fork out a fourtune to stay somewhere while studying

hi!! my roommate and i both live in northern va so we got the chance to go shopping together. and since i live in nova half my highschool goes to my school😂so i hang out with them a lot but i did meet a lot of new people and thank u sm
Hi Camille. Nice video. Do the dorm rooms at JMU come with dorm refrigerators or do you supply your own ? Also are activities scheduled on that Saturday “move in” day or do they have activities on Sunday Monday and Tuesday? What would you consider essential to have there for freshman year? Extension cord ??? Lol
You have to get your own refrigerator so that is something you have to figure out with your roommate. I recommend one of you buying it instead of splitting it so you know who gets it when the year is over and just have the other person pay for something bigger. They have activities on move in day and basically every single hour for every day leading up to the first day of classes but things might be a little different bc of covid and you don't have a full frog week this year. I will be making a what to bring to college video soon with a full checklist :) (extension cords arent allowed but power strip surge protectors are)

I’m an incoming freshman coming to JMU! Do we have to attend any of the 1787 orientation events? Looks like summer camp and I hate summer camp activities, especially in the heat 😰
it was terrible but yes for the most part you have to or else they will put a hold on ur MyMadison account. A lot of the events are required but some aren't
I did a college q+a on my channel talking about my stats! I had a 3.8, and did a lot of extra curriculars, my SAT and ACT scores sucked (but its optional to send them), but my area is super competitive (im from nova/fairfax county) and everyone applies there and you are competing against the people in your area so I ended up getting waitlisted.
