Can you explain if Glazers LBO on Manchester United is going well? I understand thatvis reducing debt, but debt has been increasing but also the revenue...so is this going to go bad at some point? I think is an interesting use case.
How leveraged buy-out protects a company from volatility in share prices?
An LBO involves taking a company private. They are no longer susceptible to share price volatility if there is no longer shares on the market
PE is buying 100% shares of the company, there is no point about the share price thereafter.

Private Equity is all financial modeling. If you can implement the skill sets you have now to create financial models that would greatly impress them.
