Janae has all the might and dance technique, but she has to be more conscious and intuitive about how she throws counts and sets up the whole squad. I noticed this when she threw a turnaround count straight into another count in the first game that the girls couldn't see (because they were facing behind completely while she was throwing the new count) and messed up quite a few of them. Love her tho, so no shade. But hopefully she'll pick up on that kind of nuance as the season goes on.
darkinetix thats real feedback. Its the turnaround counts and counts that start off similar that confuses the row by row stands. I believe they will be way more together next game.

After watching several videos I think it would be best not to do row by row count after count. Besides the facts the girls r getting lost it’s just waaaayyyyy too much going on.
So she threw the banned count in this video and didn’t get in trouble but at the other game got switched out with jada ? Wow

She has to lean how to work the row by row she killing it but everything looks jumbled

I’m sure they are all beautiful and talented dancers but...their styling is often way off to me. Uniforms look like who picked it and why? Hair or wig choice is always confusing. And then visually in the stands t’s way too many girls who don’t look in sync. Definitely not trying to come off like a hater i think they have enough talent to really shine but it comes off rather thrown together at times.
I think they deserve more elevated styling to match the rich energy. Sometimes less is more. Like iconic Stingette looks at MCC.
I think they should be styled so the focus is on the dancers, the band and the energy they create. Not distracted by the styling.
That uniform was better up close in person
