On Jack’s call with Charlie, another shake-up question I would have steered him towards expanding on that more and asked him “Even though you have that direct line of continuous business, has it been the ideal types of work you prefer? and if it isn’t, what would be the type of new business or customer you’d ideally like to work with? Is there a big difference in the standards of work you’re currently receiving compared to what you could be receiving?
