"sought on lyrics, got to vkontakte (russian FB) and then: whooptiedoo" is roughly what he said when I asked how he figured out. Even funnier (or sad, depends how you look at it) is the fact that the WH version has more views than the original song.

I think sampling is allowed as it is obvious altering of something, just like making a parody on something is allowed. Down right copying and claiming it's your own is not permitted. Suicidewave did al the music but sampled the singing just by ripping it from the original song, most WH artists do it that way.
