Bcoz Janaki amma was not in the composer's mind bcoz as for as 1962 was concerned she was a new comer her entry was by 1957.After a long waiting and searching P Leela Amma who was one of the leading sainger of that time (P Leela - Jikki) insisted and told the team that " In this high pitch and with this recording difficulties if a singer have to sing means that should be Janaki".Actually it was not a live recording, it was recorded as a track in that least technology developed time itself - two tracks one was for naadhaswaram and one was for vocals. If the singer or the vocalist rise her volume then the volume of the naadhaswaram will also be increased this was the technical difficulty. Although with all its complications and problems it has come out exceptionally good. In some places we cannot find difference between which one is naadhaswaram and which one is Ammas' voice.
