Taco Bell employee here, when getting vegan options just ask for it fresco style it replaces all dairy with tomatoes instead. And also substitute the sour cream to guacamole it makes it way cheaper 😉
Edit: you can also substitute the meat in any of the menu items for black beans, refried beans, or rice free of charge (unless you ask for extra of course).

I never order fresco because the site says it replaces all dairy _and_ guacamole with pico de gallo, despite TBs guac being certified vegan - it's so bizarre. Before learning that I did try to order fresco at my closest location once and they had no idea what I was talking about, lol.
*eta * This convo made me curious why they also remove the guac and I did some searching - Turns out "Fresco Style" is for a "lower calorie option". So definitely worth using as long as the item doesn't already come with guac... and if your location knows wth you're talking about, lol, or when the app actually wants to work.
Honestly I think Taco Bell should have added vegan cheese before vegan meat. Like the beans as a sub are perfect but maybe I'm just a bean lover🤣

Starbucks has a vegan Strawberry overnight oats and quinoa that is suuuper good! It's topped with toasted coconut flakes.

Hey! New Subscriber here! Not vegan however, I am vegetarian and love watching you both. I work for Starbucks and just as you said, ask for a tall in a venti cup and do extra water Im right there with you on the too sweet part. I had the new chickpea box and I air fryed it at home to make the outside of the bites more crispy. Thanks for being amazing!

I used to work at TacoBell. Best vegan order by far is a chalupa fresco style ( no sour cream or cheese) with potatoes or fries instead of the beef, add jalapeños! Trust me! It’s a game changer! Also, the black bean Crunchwrap, fresco, add potatoes, with the breakfast salsa! *chefs kiss*

Did you know that you can get anything “veganized” at Taco Bell by asking for it Fresco style - they take out all the dairy and replace with pico de Gallo!

I'm not vegan but I found these videos yesterday and now I'm binge watching, you guys make it so fun and informative that I'm hooked and definitely will be trying more vegan food in my diet! This method works way better at convincing me than the people who try to force it on everyone! Keep doing what you're doing, this opened me up to at least try!

i would love to see you guys do this with more chain restaurants like olive garden. sometimes i get stuck at non vegan restaurants with my family and have to sit and cross reference the allergen menu and regular menu for 30 minutes to find something to eat.
once i got stuck going to red lobster and i ended up eating this asian inspired noodle dish they recently added to the menu, just without the meat, and it was pretty good. it actually had some protein too since there was edamame in it
they have a lot of videos, one with olive garden, red robin, etc.
I appreciate you doing this. I haven’t had fast food in a while. I have planned my weekend meals around what you ordered.

For the matcha lemonade, starbucks baristas are actually supposed to make it with half water in the first place, but most of them aren't aware of this and make it with all lemonade so it ends up being suuuuper overly sweet

When I asked a Starbucks if the chickpea box was vegan they couldn’t answer. I remembered this video, watched it and was able to eat while out. Starbucks did start testing a vegan breakfast sandwich somewhere in the Seattle area(I think it was in Issaquah) maybe like a year or year and a half ago, so hopefully they launch it sometime in the near future.
