Race through missions to the summoning portal and you should have 18 summons by the time you reach the selective summon (including the first free summon they provide you in the mission for the portal). it's really up to you and your play style, I went tank because I play tank in everything. You are not locked in though, you can build each summoner on the same account. Your summoner choice might also influence your monster team as well.

They call it “global” but it’s really only South Korea and North America, we’re still waiting for South America, Europe and south east Asia. Sorry you guys have to wait so long, you can download a VPN or use a VPN in your browser like opera GX to play the North America version of the game for now.
Haha there is a reason not many people are putting out tier lists right away. It's still very early in the game and a lot of 3 stars need to be built and test before any definitive tier list can be made. There are some standout monsters that I mentioned in the video. oh yess pretty much anything in the shop you can buy with crystals is pretty much worth it, just don't summon with crystals
