- Hello, my name is Alina, I live in Ukraine and I really like cooking outdoors. Today I prepared an unusual, rich and incredibly tasty soup with fish and chicken.
Soup recipe:
- 1 chicken
- potatoes
- carrots
- onion
- fresh fish
- bay leaf, salt, pepper
- a little vodka
Marinade recipe for chicken:
- honey
- a mixture of spices for chicken
- turmeric
- hot pepper
- mustard
- oil
- soy sauce

Thanks Alina. The best part of cooking is being open to different combinations. Over the last couple years, after my mom died, I decided to start trying different flavors every day. Now I add gochujang in my Mac & cheese along with Chinese five spice and a little extra cardamom. I hope Ukraine will prevail soon.
