Hi. You need to go to the app and choose ,,watch time,,. Hope this will help. I had a same issue and thought something is broken but yeah after wee research that was so simple.

I bought two of these watches for my kids on Wish app. It doesn’t come with SIM card so I’m wondering what kind of sim to get and where? It doesn’t come with very specific instructions.
You need a nano sim more than likely and it has to be purchased by your cellphone provider however doing so will increase your phone bill by about 20$ for most providers like att and Verizon.
I brought a giff gaff sim card £6pm with unlimited text and calls. And a tiny bit of data that isn't needed.. :) it's also comes with the 3 sizes of sim card so you can use the one you need. Easy to set up. Go to giff gaff website and choose pay as you go. Swipe left or right to find the £6 one
