  • The heatbed is non regulated. I connect it with a simple DC/DC converter to the mainboard. If the voltage out from the DC/DC converter is adjusted to 7 Volt, the heatbed has around 50 degrees (depend of the ambiente temperature)
    I done this some time ago, because I use the printer often on the way. Without the bed, I had often warping (too cold on the way), with the headbed its much better.
    The headbed 10x10 was from bangood. I don't know if this is still available.
    The magnetic plate I replaced with a metal one (with 3dlac)
    Now its a very cool little printer :-)

      Hey, I'm currently working on a mod to connect a simple led strip behind the X carriage where you can find some "easy" 12v :)
