Gee the SMU 260s are relatively tidier comparatively than the IMU 160s what do you think?

Top VLOG as always Cam. Hey, not sure if you've had an opportunity to view the image and info on the new Queensland Rail - suburban and interurban rollingstock (for SE Qld's TRANSLink service area) being built and due to enter passenger service from 2016 www.tmr.qld.gov.au/Projects/Name/N/New-Generation-Rollingstock.aspx. These new units are apparently going to gradually replace the aging (35 years plus) EMU sets 01 to 88.

Ha ha, I wasn't actually after any info on them from anyone Cam, I was just really alerting and sharing the news of them being built with plans for them to enter service sometime next year. Seeing some of the older EMU's in your recent QLD VLOG's kind of prompted me to ask if you were aware of this too I guess.

How did you manage to get around security Cameron, i couldn't even take pictures of myself standing next to platform signs, especially when i went to Shorncliffe, the most quiet station in the network.

+Travelstar98 im not actually sure what they are all called. I know one is replacing on of the Rockhampton Tilt Trains but that's about it. I am also not sure when they will be retired. Hopefully we can get someone that knows a little bit more about the Queensland Trains than I do
