I will never forget two things about Bob, among everything. 1. "No such thing as a mistake, We make happy accidents" - and - "Beat the devil out of it". I remember watching all of these episodes and every season, when they were live. God Bless Bob's name still lives on. What a beautiful legacy he has stamped on our society as a whole.

Shimee I didn't think I would need to explain it, but I suppose those who look too deeply into it only confuse themselves, so some clarification is necessary. When a person dies, they are dead in a physical and literal sense: but as long as you keep them in your mind and heart, then they're still alive in a metaphorical sense. It's such a simple concept that a child should be able to understand (no offense to you though, but I suggest you try taking your time to understand these things, rather than approaching them skeptically from the beginning).

Try to breathe deep while going to bed to start out❤
If you haven't found it already, dance meditation might also work. It helps keep your body active and stimulated while you express yourself and think through the movement. You could even dance to your favorite songs or pick songs that match the mood you want to feel.

His son did a painting on an episode once, and the clouds at first me and my GF were like huuuh seriously? But then he brushed over them and blended them with the background and they turned out into the most amazing clouds I've ever fucking seen.

I have a question I know he said he painted with acrylic black and then when it dried he put other colors on top of that are they acrylic as well or oil? And how come you can't see them on top of the black I want to try to spend so confused

The works of beauty he found in coping with ptsd astounds me and I only wish I had a pinky nails width of his talent. It's partially due to the different types of techniques that can be used. Bob Ross uses wet on wet techniques using oil paints, however if you use acrylics to paint you have to wait for layers of paint to dry before you can go over them again.

I lived in North Pole. Got in trouble with Santa Clause as a teenager when we were spinning donuts in his parking lot at 2am. True story! Great old guy named Don was "Santa" at that time (mid 80's), running The Santa Clause House. But even he had a temper when teenagers acted up stupid on his property in the middle of the night. 😂
