that's how he actually is though, how do you think he got where he is, as a chef you have to be willing to learn and passionate for what you do, and a lot of that mad gordon stuff is overdone for TV, even if he does have that side I'm sure. It's not surprising to me to see this Gordon though because I've seen him like this in plenty of stuff, not just Uncharted
