Paul, tell the government to consider rebuilding poor neighborhoods in Ghana.
Also, there are a lot of road construction going in the country, which is good but most with no pedestrian walkways, open drainage which makes walking by the road side difficult.

Where are the mathematicians? How many Ghanaians are in the diaspora? Assuming we can raise $10b; how much (minimum) can we contribute to be shareholders (even if my descendants are those who will benefit from such investment when I’m gone)?
    Any mathematicians around?

Petronia City. Accra Sky Train. Marine Drive Project. National Crater. Opps! Sorry. I mean National Cathedral. And the new one is a $60 Billion Petroleum Hub. Ghana can't just stop building those pie-in-the-sky projects. Audio projects nkoaaa.

Ghana overreaaching itself yet again: how on Gods earth will Ghana be the Rotterdam of W. Africa, when it doesn't even have reserves that little Lagos has? Do you think that the Nigerian supply will be given up to this Hub? Debt is staring.
