Sir, aap ka bahut shukriya itni informative videos banane ke liye. Interview me ek question pucha gaya mujhse ki "3 Way Valve ko return ke bajay supply line me laga sakte hai ya nahi".
Please iska answer de aap.
DRV/Balancing/2-way/3-way vales is used for control chilled water flow as per design requirements which is installed return pipeline.
It is normally installed on return because of the following reasons:
1. ASHRAE Recommendations.
2. The coil of the unit should be flooded in case the valve is closed.
3. With a control valve on the return side, the water is at a higher pressure through the coil, reducing off gas, thereby lowering dissolved oxygen content. Lower dissolved oxygen extends equipment life by minimizing the air entrapment.
4. In coil return line, after AHU/FCU install two way or three way valve, afterward install DRV due to above reasons.
Thanks for making useful video...Keep it up.May Allah increase you in knowledge.
Thanks

And also in 2-way valve system differential pressure transmission is required. In least points sense the proper temperature, and flow meter also required to modulate the flow which is interfaced with the bms system
Yes agreed
Very good and thanks so much
Welcome
In my interview ,the question asked was.. why there are pressure gauges on pump suction and discharge and it's importance?
I will inform in next video, Insha'Allah
intresting video sir
Thanks
Very good information.

Very very informative video sir...
Thanks a lot...

Assalam alaikum sir,,,,,, thank your for your all videos for sharing knowledge.
I have 1 doubt, that 2 way valve is used in return line for AHU or FCU . But for chilled water HI-Wall unit which is wall mounted like split AC why we connect 2 way valve in supply line?? Please answer
You can install in supply line but if you install in return line the it will be more beneficial
excellent bro
very nice explantation
Thanks
walikum salam sir ,very great knowledge provide, and hard work. but i personal request you some videos make in sindhi language for HVAC filed.

Assalam O AllikUm Tanveer Sahib...we are building a 5 floor hospital with cooling load of approximately 500000 cfm for the whole building (average of 100,000 cfm per floor) We r having 4 chillers (3 functional + 1 standby) with a cooling load of 700 TR per chiller. We have 5 VFD based condensed water chillers each with a capacity of 1700 GPM at 185 feet head and 5 VFD based chilled water pumps with a capacity of 2100 gpm at 125 feet head. We have 2 cooling towers with 4 cells and 4000 gpm for each cooling tower. Moreover, we planning to make 2 out of 5 floors operational at this time only and energizing 1 chiller at this time.
My question is that for only energizing 1 chiller (700 TR) only, will it be sufficient for cooling 2 out of 5 floors and if yes, gthen how many VFD based HVAC pumps (out of 5 each for chilled and condensed water pump) be required to run for this partial energization? Regards

Nice Video!
I have a query? Why are control valves(3-way or 2-way) on the return side?
They are normally installed on return because of the following reasons:

Thanks for highlighting. You are right
But where is constand speed and variable speed needed? I mean which kind of building
It depends on system design

Sir hamko interview dena hai HVAC ke regarding to ap Aisa trick bataye ki interview clear ho gayee
All tricks are useless without knowledge. First improve your skill knowledge, specially basics HVAC then mention points in your CV where your grip is strong. Mostly interviewers ask questions from your CV.
hvac legends or symbol in detail btayen plz

Why we used 2-way valve in return line of Ahu/Fcu

Could you put translation in English and thank you sir for your efforts
Ok noted, I will subtitles
The same question asked in my interview but he asked me like that why we used 3-way valve in FAHU instead of 2-way if 2 way we used it's also workable
Good
how we set the percentage in mixing valve
It is built-in in valves. Actually there are three types:
1. On/Off valve as per temperature demand
2. Proportional valve which automatically % open open or close as per demand i.e. may be 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%.....100%
3. Percentage valve which open and close fixed %wise such like 0%, 50% & 100%
sir HVAC / MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR KE KOI VIDEO SHARE KARE
Ok noted
what is double regulating valve?
Watch my video on Double Regulating Valve
You have not showed eccentric reducer in the suction line , this is most important to provide eccentric reducer
Thanks for highlighting and sharing your positive response
In my interview also asked eccentric reducer on suction of pump and flat side to or bottom?
There are different conditions. Insha'Allah will prepare video on this topic
