    Join me as I travel back up to the Scottish Highlands in search of some red deer. This is the first of three videos from my time there and is the one I didn't think would be released due to the lack of deer on my trip. However, on my final day, at the final hour, my luck changed.
    I hope you enjoy the video and if you haven't already I'd really appreciate it if you could subscribe to my channel. I'm so grateful for the subscribers I've received so far and can't believe that I'm almost at 1000!

    If you'd like to join me for some Red Deer workshops this October then please contact me through my website (link below).

    Great vid. Always fancied a trip to Scotland for exactly this… I live near to Richmond park, so it’s like shooting fish in a barrel for deer shots, but wanted to get some wider natural shots…. One bit of advice for you… insects are attracted to yellow! Your hat makes you look like a sunflower, and you’ll have everything around you! Get a camo hat! -keep them coming.

    Nice video….was that shot in Glencoe? That is one hell of a drive…. Keep the good work going and follow your passion. One top tip, try to go during the rutting season, they give their position away for miles as you hear them bellowing across the glens.. it is a sight and sound to behold, gives me goosebumps every time.

    Nice video Richard, do yourself a favour and lose the hat! You could have probably been seen for miles! The lower your profile the better, same goes for colours, keep them dark, camouflaged... We look forward to your next video 😁

    • @mywildlifeimages
      @mywildlifeimages  Před rokem +1

      Ahh it’s a tough one but in truth, when I decide to go out and make a video, the footage always comes first! I’ve missed out on many images but I decided when I setup the channel that it would be about showing the viewer what I get up to when I’m out in the field 😊

    Maybe they saw the bright yellow hat. What the point of camo on the camera and dark clothes when you have a beacon on your head. I live in Devon as well. I learned my camo skills from the best.
