You nailed it!. My Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus occasionally would say "no sim card". It then started to get very slow online. Even the number of bars dropped. I tried everything else, but no luck. The "no sim card" message had actually gone away, but the signal was always weak. So I remembered that error message today and found your video. I followed every step & that's why I'm now able to type this thank you message on your upload. It worked a treat. Nice work!

Omg it worked!! Bonus tips: not actually a tip I'm suggesting what I did... First of all if you're facing this problem because of any software update then do this: follow his steps carefully but use only one sim (sim1)
I spent a whole DAY trying to sort-out my micro sd card, and I just ended-up chucking it in the bucket. Tried it in 3 different modern devices, and every one gave the message 'no sd card inserted'. Tried absolutely EVERYTHING. Once a card get's REALLY corrupted or compromised, you can't even re-format it, believe me. You can only re-format it IF the device recognises it, so you're back to square one again.

Hi. On my A80, i can see card detected, but the other one isnt. Im not able to access sim card manager, apn settings and network operators. They are all greyed out. It was working perfectly fine, it just stopped working suddenly. Any solution to this please???

Update: it didn't work because it's not a software issue. These phones are too thin and they bend slightly out of shape when you put a phone case on. Someone suggested to use electrician tape to secure the SIM into place. It's a tight space, so be careful to only use one layer of tape. I've done it on my phone and so far so good. If you don't want to do that, then just take off the phone's case.

Thank you so much we have a samsung a20 with boost and this video worked for us we had a emergency calls only message and a no sim message and no service bars. I called boost and the trouble shooting they did would not work at all. My son found this video and the phone is working fine now no problems!

My A50 shows the network bars even without any simcard and even after putting the simcard it doesnt work. Its stuck on no service and emergency calls
