    There's only 2 things I focussed on and it helped me to grow back my hair:
    1. Lowering the factors that cause hair loss like anxiety, fried and spicy food, smoking.
    2. Stimulating the factors that cause hair growth like adding coco onion oil and shampoo, using reactivate hair growth serum of litlleextra, hydration, good fruits, and veggies..
    What ever the reason there is always a solution to grow your hair. Just remain confident and do not stress over it.

    It’s REALLY nice seeing a DR recommend a derma roller (with caution of course) because most DERMS will say NO NO NO .. probably because they want people to think they HAVE TO do in office treatments ONLY! But we all know it’s okay to derma roll in a proper fashion!
    I appreciate seeing this SO MUCH 🌹

      Yes most surgeons tell us not to perform surgery at home they must want us to think it's only safe to do in the office. These pesky medical professionals. We all know we can ignore professional advice and just do it at home right 😂

      Just know their precautions are for a reason. I have seen some really terrible infections from derma rollers in my time working as a nurse in Dermatology. I personally would be WAY too scared to use on my face. I'm interested in it's use on the scalp though! This must be pretty recent as this is the first I'm hearing about it. We have many hair loss patients and I'm always on the lookout for new recommendations!

    I experienced COVID that lasted a good 10 days. At first, I believed I was ok until I started to notice a loss of more hair than usual. After doing some research, I am realizing it’s from the strain my body went through during that time and also the shampoo that I was using. So I started doing meditation, yoga daily and changed my shampoo and conditioner to littleextraa cooconion anti hair fall kit. And now I don't face any hair fall.
    Thanks for this video! I feel so much better.

      Try applying a whatever conditioner that says for extra moisture like mine is miracle moisture with Joba oil apply generously to the ends and mid shaft then get a small amount and start at the back bottom of scalp and gently massage all over scalp let sit for 1 to 3 minutes, rinse the scalp thoroughly but don't not fully rinse the ends best you can.
      Then when I'm out of shower I apply a leave I'm conditioner or just add baby lotion only to the ends and midshaft.
      People might come at me but it's really helped me more than once in my life.
      I hope that helps, I do have very thick wavy long hair. If yours is different just try to search on regular CZcams how to moisturize [your type of hair] at home.

    • @nmatheis
      @nmatheis Před 4 měsíci

      You can sanitize with 91% iso if you let the item being sanitized sit in it for a few minutes. Diluting to 70% helps when spraying the iso on surfaces for the reasons mentioned in other comments, though (slows evaporation so the iso has adequate time to sanitize). And as a tissue culture scientist, I also find it really obnoxious when people don't understand the difference between cleaning, sanitizing, and sterilizing.
