There's only 2 things I focussed on and it helped me to grow back my hair: 1. Lowering the factors that cause hair loss like anxiety, fried and spicy food, smoking. 2. Stimulating the factors that cause hair growth like adding coco onion oil and shampoo, using reactivate hair growth serum of litlleextra, hydration, good fruits, and veggies.. What ever the reason there is always a solution to grow your hair. Just remain confident and do not stress over it.
Good hair growth serum I discovered after learning about it from a vlogger, and using Reactivate hair serum for the past one month, I've noticed promising results. This serum is pleasant and contains quality ingredients, without any fragrance.
It’s REALLY nice seeing a DR recommend a derma roller (with caution of course) because most DERMS will say NO NO NO .. probably because they want people to think they HAVE TO do in office treatments ONLY! But we all know it’s okay to derma roll in a proper fashion! I appreciate seeing this SO MUCH 🌹
Yes most surgeons tell us not to perform surgery at home they must want us to think it's only safe to do in the office. These pesky medical professionals. We all know we can ignore professional advice and just do it at home right 😂
Just know their precautions are for a reason. I have seen some really terrible infections from derma rollers in my time working as a nurse in Dermatology. I personally would be WAY too scared to use on my face. I'm interested in it's use on the scalp though! This must be pretty recent as this is the first I'm hearing about it. We have many hair loss patients and I'm always on the lookout for new recommendations!
I experienced COVID that lasted a good 10 days. At first, I believed I was ok until I started to notice a loss of more hair than usual. After doing some research, I am realizing it’s from the strain my body went through during that time and also the shampoo that I was using. So I started doing meditation, yoga daily and changed my shampoo and conditioner to littleextraa cooconion anti hair fall kit. And now I don't face any hair fall. Thanks for this video! I feel so much better.
I have a question. Do I need to have a clean scalp to apply the derma roller? Because then I would have to wash my hair, apply the derma roller, and the oil. But then I have to wash my hair to remove the oil. How can I do that? 😂
The scalp must be clean before using the roller. do what you have to do - just have a clean and dry scalp before using. I read some papers that did not use any topical formula or oils in the day of the roller.
Try applying a whatever conditioner that says for extra moisture like mine is miracle moisture with Joba oil apply generously to the ends and mid shaft then get a small amount and start at the back bottom of scalp and gently massage all over scalp let sit for 1 to 3 minutes, rinse the scalp thoroughly but don't not fully rinse the ends best you can. Then when I'm out of shower I apply a leave I'm conditioner or just add baby lotion only to the ends and midshaft. People might come at me but it's really helped me more than once in my life. I hope that helps, I do have very thick wavy long hair. If yours is different just try to search on regular CZcams how to moisturize [your type of hair] at home.
I wouodnt suggest actually listening to her. In another video she says pores open and close with different water temps. Many doctors like dr mike on youtube and otherwise have gone on tangents on the fact that pores don’t open and close.
Why are you just making stuff up? She’s not a dermatologist why would she make a video about pores? She was talking about the hair cuticle Also using Dr Mike as your source isn’t exactly the dunk you think it is
91% evaporates too quickly to disinfect. she also doesn’t know the difference between sanitizing, disinfecting, cleaning and sterilization. those dermarollers should only be used once 😭
You can sanitize with 91% iso if you let the item being sanitized sit in it for a few minutes. Diluting to 70% helps when spraying the iso on surfaces for the reasons mentioned in other comments, though (slows evaporation so the iso has adequate time to sanitize). And as a tissue culture scientist, I also find it really obnoxious when people don't understand the difference between cleaning, sanitizing, and sterilizing.
It depends on how thick your dermaroller's needles are. The thicker ther are, the less you use it. For example mine is 0.75mm and i should use it after every 8-10 days.

Don't use oil. Use Hair serums after it. And the oil on a different day
The scalp must be clean before using the roller. do what you have to do - just have a clean and dry scalp before using. I read some papers that did not use any topical formula or oils in the day of the roller.
The oil ur hv used here is essential oil or rosemary oil..... Which one to use?
Rosemary oil
Rosemary oil is essential
Plz what can I use I have naturaly fuzzy hair going through menapause very dry can't do anything with it any ideas plz

Blood test for all vitamins and minerals. Should be a defiency
where do I get the dermal stamp
Amazon
Oh my god do nooooot do this !!!!!! Dermatologists are constantly talking about how dangerous and risky dermarolling is without proper training
Do you leave Rosemary oil overnight ?! Because you can't wash hair after derma rolling
You shouldnt use a product if you use the stamp or roller. The skin is already sensitive.. you should wait 24h
And no - you shouldnt leave the oil longer than 3 hours. the skin on your head has to breath.
I wouodnt suggest actually listening to her. In another video she says pores open and close with different water temps. Many doctors like dr mike on youtube and otherwise have gone on tangents on the fact that pores don’t open and close.
She’s talking about hair cuticles, not pores.

they relax due to the law of thermodynamics i think but close is an inaccurate term
I’m pretty sure she said the follicle not PORES 😂
Can i shampoo my gair after using derma roller n oiling?
You should use it only on a clean scalp. Otherwise the skin is hurt and dirt will get in.
I watched another video where it said Rosemary oil should be diluted with water before applying to scalp (see motivationaldoc - he's awesome).
You only need to dilute essential oil version of rosemary that too in a carrier oil not in water.
regular rosemary oil does not need dilution
How many times a week do you do this ?
2-3 times if what i’ve found out
@@Lights_23Nope you torture you skin on that.
Use only 1 every week or 3 in month for safety reason.
No. Max 2 times. Your scalp need time to heal
What mm for derma stamp ?
.5 to 1.0
Not how you sanitize, clearly never been even within proximity of any med school

don’t do it at all the risk of infection without proper sanitisation is so high
