My remote is forgetting last settings. I have already replaced batteries and using duracell for best results. Still everytime I use it the settings on remote is changed

Bhai mera remote Ke temperature rise ka button kam nhi kar raha hai or agr kar bhi raha hai to Temperature Automatically downfall ho jata hai means set karunga 26 pe remote pr chla jaata hai wapas 18 pr kya karu kuch suggest kare pls reply karein.😅
