Tomact version 10 is not working with jenkins. Use Tomcat version 9 it will work correctly with jenkins. I f anyone facing the issue with jenkins (not getting started) with tomcat version 10. This comment will help him/her.

You have done the mistake in deploy job section where you need to correct the Tomcat URL i.e. from https to http and post your job is also running successfully. I have tested and it run successfully. Also Thanks for your wonderful DevOps Series.
