Have you guys experimented with open air bush tomatoes in our area? It’s something I’ve been playing around with but not yet had much success due to moisture related disease, but think it should be possible. I’m going to try moving my start date into July this year just to try and capitalize on the drier weather when salad greens slow down.
We have grown bush tomatoes for many years but have since cut it out. We found that because of lack of air flow they were prone to high disease pressure. And all the unpickable fruit promoted rat activity🙅
