Just because there isn’t a video about it doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen. A lot of times, I just like to be in the moment. Daddy and Nate had a zoo trip in May and I had a library date with him not long ago. 😄

My doctor put me on Ozempic for my diabetes in 2022, this was before all of the weight loss claims. I lost 69lbs on it, however it really made me sick when I first got on it. It got better after a bit but it also made it to where I couldn’t enjoy eating much of anything. Anyway I was saying this because I still have a hard time as seeing myself in a smaller body. I was at about 250 when I started it. It is hard to adjust to the weight loss. I am no longer on Ozempic because it was really expensive. I am now on Jardiance and have been for a few months. I seem to be maintaining. I finally went shopping for some new clothes and smaller undergarments. It does feel weird I caught myself going to the plus size section. My youngest 26 year old daughter said no Mom over here now. She has to remind me I need smaller sizes. ❤😊
