HOW TO MAKE A HOMEMADE CREAMY ICE CANDY

Ingredients & Costing:
2 cans of evaporated milk 760g (380g each)= 50.00
1kg white sugar= 50.00
125g or 1 cup cornstarch= 8.00
20g tang pineapple powder= 18.00
7 cups water
Total----------------------------126.00
Ice candy plastic-------------4.00
Electricity---------------------- 10.00
Gas--------------------------------10.00
OVERALL COSTING IS--150.00
1 batch can make 30 pieces ice candy. Selling price is 10.00
Profit is 150.00
Choices of flavor: Mango ice candy, Chocolate ice candy, Orange ice candy, pineapple ice candy, Oreo ice candy, Graham ice candy, Strawberry ice candy
Double check in your area, what's the best seller. Then go for it.
Preparations:
1.) Mix properly the 1 cup cornstarch in a 2 cups of water in a bowl for slurry and set aside aside.
2.) Mix the 1 sachet of pineapple powder with a small amount of water in a glass and set aside.
3.) Add 7 cups of water in a cooking pan and let to boil.
Cooking method:
4.) After boiling, pour the 1kg sugar and continue to stir until it gets dissolve or in transparent color.
5.) Add the 2 cans of evaporated milk. Give a little mix and bring to boil. Don't forget to strain the mixture while boiling.
6.) Slowly add the cornstarch mixture in a low heat and simultaneously stir it until it gets creamy.
7.) Once the mixture creamy, pour the pineapple juice. Stir it until fully mixed.
8.) Remove from the heat and get it cool.
9.) Ready to pack in a ice candy plastic (plastic size: 1 3/4 x 10).
In 1 batch of cooking, you can pack up to 30 pieces and sell it for 10-12 pesos each.
