They didn't do this at the Palace of Auburn Hills. Still, What a concert!!! I'm going to see Roger Waters this Wednesday. It's going to be hard to top this but we shall see.
who can ever replace Freddie? Nobody. But Adam is doing a great job without trying to copy Freddie. But the show has to go on.I am sure Freddie would not have wanted that Queen stops to exist only because he died
Both Freddie and Adam are unique singers, each with their own particular sound and style. However, they both have super powerful voices.
adam is brilliant --
Queen great band of all time
Wow... Wonderful Adam! You're the best singer alive. 😍
This song CANT be 40 years old now OMG!! BRILLIANT
Beatiful song....

They all fantastic.....

one of my favorite queen songs and also a very difficult one, adam did a great job!
oh.. last time Queen did live on this song and Spread your wings was in the 70s and I have been waiting for this so long.
This and Death on Two Legs are tied for my favorite Queen song of all time.
They played Spread Your Wings last night too!
I am going July 28. A of last week. Its late is not on the set list anymore. I am a an since the first record. Tis is so sad to me.
Sorry to hear that. It's late is one of my favorite Queen songs and it was the highlight of the concert (at least) for me.
Great version.
G-R-E-A-T.
Well Said,Hernan! GREAT! Indeed! :)
this song is a real workout on guitar - Brian sounds great
Oh shit - didn't get tickets because I just wasn't excited about them with Adam Lambert, but that was outstanding!
I love this song. It was from the News of the World album in 76. I used to look at that album cover all day.
djrand90 was in 77
Before they played it, Adam said "This song is from News of the World, which came out in 1977. I was negative 5 at the time" LOL
So bummed they dropped this one from the setlist before I saw them in Cleveland...ARGH!
been waiting for this !
GREAT! :)
So sad they didn't play this in Boston

if Brian would have broke out all dead would have been nice
Adam is NO Freddie! NEVER WILL BE.
Nobody will ever be Freddie. I'd rather hear this song live with Adam though as opposed to not at all.
They perform as "Queen+Adam Lambert" not only "Queen" . They know that nobody can ever replace Freddie
Brian and Roger are Queen too, it was a 4 men band not a 1 man show
James Burdzinski Adam accepts that he is not Freddie. He is Adam Lambert - a charismatic singer with a brilliantly powerful voice.
Freddie is NO Adam either, Never will be.
the best way to destroy a masterpiece like this one...replace Freddie Mercury with this boyband singer...
Petar Bakovic Please put in your hearing aids and you will hear that Adam is a brilliant singer.
Tina Dooley i dont say that he cannot sing...but he will never be as good as freddie...specially in this masterpiece
who can ever replace Freddie? Nobody. But Adam is doing a great job without trying to copy Freddie. But the show has to go on.I am sure Freddie would not have wanted that Queen stops to exist only because he died
I prefer the way Adam sings this. His voice honestly just sounds better to me.
Not so bad, bit this Guy Lambert is not good, I don''t like the saya he sings, his voice looks like a gospel lado singer
His style is more pop/electro thing. But he is an awesome artist! I think he does a good job on queen
So sad they didn't play this in Boston
