The only reason why John wants to fight everyone is to get them to throw the first punch so he can go to a lawyer and sue. Assuming he actually meets someone face to face without security around.
John assumes all law suits settle. If he did sue someone for hitting him, during deposition the first question I'd ask is how many times did he publicly challenge people to come fight him. And when this case went to trial, I'd just play a montage of John inviting people to come fight him.
