The 14 books of the Apocrypha are not included for strong scholarly reasons, and due to the fact that they are not inspired (θεόπνευστα), and they are merely historical documents. [Christ in the Old Testament] Compare John 1: 1-5 with Genesis 1: 1-5: John 1: 1-5 Names of God Bible The Word Becomes Human 1 In the beginning the Word already existed. The Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was already with God in the beginning. 3 Everything came into existence through him. Not one thing that exists was made without him. 4 He was the source of life, and that life was the light for humanity. 5 The light shines in the dark, and the dark has never extinguished it. Genesis 1: 1-5 Names of God Bible The Creation 1 In the beginning Elohim created heaven and earth. 2 The earth was formless and empty, and darkness covered the deep water. The Ruach Elohim was hovering over the water. 3 Then Elohim said, “Let there be light!” So there was light. 4 Elohim saw the light was good. So Elohim separated the light from the darkness. 5 Elohim named the light day, and the darkness he named night. There was evening, then morning-the first day.

It's as if they want a "big brother censor" to control information, and the amount of people that just accept it without researching the majority of evidence, and use it to confirm their biases, is out of hand. You can argue against long accepted doctrine, but you do it by bringing your idea as a theoretical hypothesis, and then build upon that with evidence. Anytime I hear ANYONE make factual claims with words such as "literally, and like, like" I already am expecting that it's going to be totally fabricated for clicks. Like, Literally.
Exactly he did not come to abolish the law he came to fulfill the law and also to enforce the law of God. And Lord our God is Him as well. Jesus always existed. What do you think walked in the garden of Eden and made mankind out of the dirt of the Earth it was Christ that's why we're created in God's image.
It’s unfortunate that Christians teach the Law of the Old Testament as some bad thing, or as a system where salvation didn’t exist. They don’t realize that the purpose of the Law was the keep Israel moral enough to bring out a future Messiah, and the point of the Law was to show our shortcomings and our need for God to forgive us, not to say forgiveness is impossible
@@gerrydean7696 I once saw a picture online that contrasted the law with the new covenant, and it was made to sound like the law was a bad thing. That forgiveness didn’t exist before the new covenant and that mercy didn’t exist
That is actually a great point I often ask Christians, they say it’s because of the New Covenant. But I fail see how the New Covenant overrides the old law when Jesus him self says the old law will not pass till all things are completed. All things are not completed so I’d say Christians should following old law.
Also the beginning of John says he is the word that became life (all the bible is literally Jesus old and new testament and he is not at war with himself). Also I learned If you translate into Hebrew: 1 Samuel 2:1 "[1]And Hannah prayed, and said, My heart rejoiceth in the LORD, mine horn is exalted in the LORD: my mouth is enlarged over mine enemies; because I rejoice in thy salvation." Hannah clearly says: יְשׁוּעָה Yesua which sounds exactly like Yeshua Hannah says Jesus name in this verse. Yesua/Yeshua/Jesus means God's Salvation
She wasn't. The Gospels reference five different Marys, three of them (His mother, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the wife of Clopas) being referenced as different people in one verse, John 19:25.

If Jesus said to keep the commandments, he came not to abolish the law, not a jot nor iota from the law shall fail until heaven and earth pass away and a new heaven and new earth are created.... Why do I hear pastors saying you don't have to keep the law anymore? and that it is cursed??
Yes there are people in new age who think they are a reincarnated Jesus, but these people fail to know him and know how he will return. Jesus isn’t coming back through a virgin womb, He is returning through the clouds. Keep your house clean (spiritually) you never know when he will come back.
Do these people even go to a Christian church? I was raised Baptist, went to a Quacker school , have been to Episcopalian , Lutheran, catholic, unitarian, Greek orthodox, and I am now methodist and in all those places of worship I have never heard this B.S. thanks for exposing false prophets. God bless you.
Save your rebuking for believers, as Paul said to the Corinthians. What business is it of mine to judge those outside the church? Are you not to judge those inside? God will judge those outside. “Expel the wicked person from among you.” 1 Corinthians 5:12-13

The nature of humanity is just that every so often someone accidentally invents Marcionism again.
The spirit of Amalek is still infecting folks as it did Marcion…😢
You mean people reject that God has his own set of morals when commanding the slaughter of innocent people?
The Jesus he has in his background is all I need to see to know what he believes…. That is the new age Jesus
It's amazing that people want a Jesus that is the opposite of the Jesus of Scriptures. So silly of these people.
Glad he gave himself away at the end. What a nutcase.
Don't you just love it when people talk about your faith and have no idea what the hell they're talking about?
"This is what happens when you get your history from a Dan Brown novel."-IP
Ah yes, next episode from the scholarly works of Dan Brown...
I was not prepared emotionally for the "why do I put up with that BS", I laughed REALLY loud 😂
I pray for this man
I pray he realises that Jesus is the god of the Old Testament. I am . No has seen the father except Jesus . Jesus came to reveal the father
This is the misconception of the New Testament that refuses to frigging die.
Misconception or just reading what Jesus says and observing that he’s teaching the exact opposite as the Old Testament God?

Jesus in this passage is arguing with the Pharisees (who he also called “whitewashed tombs”) demonstrating how they are wrong and how he is doing the will of God the Father. This is why you quote a verse *in context.*
In fact in many other translations, the word “judge” is not even used. Words such as “bear witness” (ESV), or “you only have my word” (MSG).
In any case, you simply attempt to abuse this verse to deflect away from your own ignorance. Go learn about the Bible before you go around trying to tell others how to interpret it.

I was having a bad night until I watched your video. Thanks for the laughs, and by the way I feel your pain. It's so much lies out it's hard to tackle them all. The never ending battle continues . Thanks for all you do my brother in Christ.
Oh brother... he ends with nodding to the apocryphal Gnostic text of The Gospel of Jesus, the only text that says that Jesus had a wife...
If you are not Christian, don’t tell me about my religion
Edit: do not go into the replies, it’s like the Balkans in there
@@polystrate1 He clearly means "don't try to teach me about my own faith". The guy in the video didn't even have a clue what the Bible says.
@@polystrate1 You are so confident about what you just said - prove it.
You are of course incorrect. We have over 6000 copies of the New Testament documents, all agree with each other to a margin of error of 99,6% - the 0,4% being the occasional copyist spelling mistake which does not affect any doctrine. Almost no reputable scholar debates the validity of the 66 books of the Bible.
The 14 books of the Apocrypha are not included for strong scholarly reasons, and due to the fact that they are not inspired (θεόπνευστα), and they are merely historical documents. Even so, they do not contradict any of the doctrine in the Canon.
Finally, we have a number of pseudepigraphical documents (such as Enoch, etc) which are very obvious forgeries, or pseudepigraphs. To deny this means you have better knowledge than the 2,000-3,500 years of scholarly work and research that went into the verification of Biblical documentation. Please provide this great evidence, if you have it.

Mike you put up with this B.S. because it creates content, your reactions are HIGHLY entertaining, and this is your ministry.
I find it funny how people call themselves Christians and proceed to twist the hell outta the Bible, it’s quite humorous tbh.
I appreciate your content, it seems you know very much about scripture and its interpretation thank you.
What would happen if everyone who had something to say about the Bible actually read it before doing so?
I made EXACTLY the same noise u did when he said about Mary Magdalene being Jesus' wife.
He wasn't married or his disciples would have mentioned it in their books. He was Gods unblemished Lamb. He did not commit adultery so he would have been a virgin. Totally untouched and Perfect.
“For crying out loud, why do I put up with this bs?”
I felt that, IP.
I sadly can't remember the passage but I remember studying a part of the New Testament where it explicitly says that Jesus was there with the father since the beginning, the creation itself, and that it couldn't of happened without him.
Loved your reaction to the Mary Magdalene comment
How many freaking fingers does Jesus have in that picture?!?
Good catch. That's a sign that the image was AI generated.
The guy in the glasses is the embodiment of clickbait

I’m grateful you do. It gives sound doctrine and it has taught me so much. Answering questions I’ve had or heard throughout my life, but never had the teachings to answer them. ❤

I like how whenever they try to talk about Christianity they talk out their butt and include no scriptures.🤦
He literally quotes the Old Testament, and said the Father and I are one.
I literally leaned forward with laughter when this looney mentioned what he planned to discuss in the next video. Well done for refuting him Micheal. Yeshua/Jesus is the way, the Truth and the Life.

Okay, I’m not religious, I hate the idea of organized religion. My father is Catholic and my mother was Baptist. [Christ in the Old Testament]
Compare John 1: 1-5 with Genesis 1: 1-5:
John 1: 1-5
Names of God Bible
The Word Becomes Human
1 In the beginning the Word already existed. The Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was already with God in the beginning.
3 Everything came into existence through him. Not one thing that exists was made without him.
4 He was the source of life, and that life was the light for humanity.
5 The light shines in the dark, and the dark has never extinguished it.
Genesis 1: 1-5
Names of God Bible
The Creation
1 In the beginning Elohim created heaven and earth.
That’s not all. I also once heard someone say that He married a prostitute smh.

Lightning struck outside my house after that guy said "Jesus wasn't in cahoots with God".
Huge bolt.
What is the difference between abolishing and fulfilling the law? Should Christians follow for example the levicitcus laws?
At this point the word Gnostic just means, "I don't fall into any one specific religious group so I'm going to just say I'm a Christian".
You have to put up with it Mike for us😂😂
Bro, why do YOU put up with this B.S.? How do you think PAUL felt bruh?
They love to try to turn Jesus into some kind of New Age Marijuana Yoga Guru, some kind of John Lennon with his Yoko Ono.
It's an idol for people that simply refused to accept what's written in the bible, but they are open for any alternative "revelation" that came after.
Christ: “I came to do what you couldn’t do and if you follow me you’ll be saved, because I am the only way.”
Progressive ‘Christianity’: So like, I can just do what I want right?
I'm right there with you bro. All. That the Father gives me will come to me and I will in no ways cast them out. Smh.
The great idolatry of today is to make Jesus into your own woke image...
You put up with this B.S. because it's your job as a soldier for Christ.
Jesus quotes OT all the time.
* drops da mic *
If you just read the wisdom; Ecc. Prov. Or even job, you see Jesus it is almost hard to miss him there!!
I feel your pain, it's not just religion or metaphysics, there are people spreading "easily debunked" narratives on ALL subjects. The way CZcams/TikTok content creators make "factual claims" about ANY subjects, when there is so much contradictory information all over the place.
Michael, you’re the best🎉
WhIch Christians Teach that the Law is bad? If you're referring to WOF or NAR Christians, they're not really Christians.
@@gerrydean7696 I once saw a picture online that contrasted the law with the new covenant, and it was made to sound like the law was a bad thing. That forgiveness didn’t exist before the new covenant and that mercy didn’t exist
If he didn’t come to abolish the law then why don’t Christians keep it? 🤨
That is actually a great point I often ask Christians, they say it’s because of the New Covenant. But I fail see how the New Covenant overrides the old law when Jesus him self says the old law will not pass till all things are completed. All things are not completed so I’d say Christians should following old law.
If you were paid a dollar for each of these "well-thought-out" theories that you debunk, you would be the richest person the planet.
We gotta see the next reaction to his video on mary
The ending was hilarious
You're really out there taking one for the team putting up with this insanity 😂
Because unfortunately we aren't allowed to drive out heretics anymore
Also the beginning of John says he is the word that became life (all the bible is literally Jesus old and new testament and he is not at war with himself).
Also I learned If you translate into Hebrew:
1 Samuel 2:1
"[1]And Hannah prayed, and said, My heart rejoiceth in the LORD, mine horn is exalted in the LORD: my mouth is enlarged over mine enemies; because I rejoice in thy salvation."
Hannah clearly says:
יְשׁוּעָה
Yesua which sounds exactly like Yeshua
Hannah says Jesus name in this verse.
Yesua/Yeshua/Jesus means God's Salvation
“His wife Mary Magdalene”
There ain’t no way you don’t know that’s the mother 🤦🏾♀️
She wasn't. The Gospels reference five different Marys, three of them (His mother, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the wife of Clopas) being referenced as different people in one verse, John 19:25.
That's a new one, For some reason, I got edge lords saying with no actual source that Jesus had incest with his own mom.
You put up with it because we have to love them too.... It's a trailblazer of emotions, but you know. Christ died so that you, people like "them" who dwell in sin, and I may all live. ❤😂 Thank you for the work that you do, Sir. Micheal. May your reward be great in the kingdom everlasting!
Sometimes I disagree with you but you always make me laugh. Always. Thank you Brother 😂
Forever learning and never understanding…
Hey IP,
Could you put out information of Marcion?
"Imma tell you everything Jesus said, and in the process ignore everything Jesus said".
Well, Jesus did say in the end days people would believe 'whatever tickles their ears.' One of Jesus' titles is Jehovah. niio
Bruh love your stuff, where do u find these heretics?

Had that dude read anything? Had he even touched a Bible?
Is this the same guy that was doing magic Jesus???
Could you do a video on JoshedRaw? He's supposedly an ordained reverend in his description but he seems to be more of a deconstructionist
Save your rebuking for believers, as Paul said to the Corinthians.
What business is it of mine to judge those outside the church? Are you not to judge those inside? God will judge those outside. “Expel the wicked person from among you.”
