Really nice to see this different kind of content, sure it all leads up to cars later but seeing you guys (including crew member) this way and traveling trans-Atlantic “upper class” feels very down to earth and it’s just pleasant watching this! Love the different content, you are right about end to end service, from personal experience only airline that does that is emirates, with pickup and drop off chauffeur.

No revitalising lounge at Vegas on landing? Definitely a much appreciated feature on the return leg at LHR - being able to grab a shower and a cooked breakfast after landing before making your way is a real treat.

Maybe it has changed, but Virgin definitely used to look after you Post-flight as well. You could use their lounge and also had a limo take you to your final destination....maybe it has changed? It was that obvious though, just a little desk in the corner of arrivals.
To get this straight, you have an ultra luxurious flight to Vegas. Just to sleep in basically bunk beds?
You gotta check the Airlines before booking.....after pandemic, only few Airlines on certain fleet flew First Class Suites
At least the hotel room had two beds 🛏️ 🛌 would’ve been awkward if it just had one queen size bed 🛌 to share😁

When I moved to Indonesia, I flew China air and was upgraded to business class. There was an outdoor area at lax that I smoked my last bowl of ganja before I left, after tsa inspection mind you, and it was a great experience. They even let me use the first class showers. All for the price of economy class and because I was willing to take a seat next to an emergency exit.

You are correct. Virgin used to operate a Boeing 747 exclusive fleet, and upper class was upstairs. It is however business class not 1st, not by a long shot.

It’s what can happen last min and hot locations. Upper class is business class. A first class product is never that big (amount of seats).
My shakers are metal ;0) and £16k?! Even at £4k per person per flight return is about £2k too much
Don't forget to drive on the opposite side of the road. And before you cross the road, look on the opposite side.
Personally, normal flight or economy plus and then buy a Rolex submariner at the other end.

I’m writing this from Virgin’s NEW Upper Class on an A350, and they’ve made leaps and bounds in terms of comfort and space improvement. No more “sardine can” configuration!
So, next time you pick a flight, make sure it’s the new config If you can!

Flew business class with Cathay Pacific from JFK to Hong kong, it looked better than that and was less than a quarter of the price. Emirates business is also way better

Great to watch, but it's Virgin Upper Class though, not actual First Class. Lovely and all, but £16k tickets must have been the last seats on the plane as its normally cheaper than BA Business Class??? You can buy an economy ticket and upgrade for 30,000 Virgin miles if you plan it even.

It's not a First Class product. It's a Business Class product.

They don’t market it as first class and it’s not first class… just a business class product
Personally I don't feel that the price difference between business and first is worth it... ok the food and service is marginally better, but fundamentally every airline I've experienced they just justify the price gap with added faf. For what 50-100% extra roughly, usually?

Definitely not worth 16k, those seats and service are no better than what you would get in Business class on Emirates, Etihad or Qatar and it would only cost 5k.
