This video is deceptively simple. It's just him with rapping at the camera in various locations. There's no crazy special effects but it flows and tells the story so well. I bet it took a lot of work to choreograph. Also, there needs to be a HD version of this video out there.

Havent followed this whole conversation but I think the word we'r looking for is dialect. There are many different dialects in the UK whether it be scouse (Liverpool), geordie (Newcastle), Brummie (Birmingham), Black Country (West Brom, Wolverhampton) and I think Mike Skinner is somewhere near the last two. I quite like the guy, at least he's being himself and not copying American rap.
