Mark my words, even if the Airport is functional today...it will take a full 7-8 yrs for a Full operational Airport..and then another 7-8 yrs for end user's residential use..
So overall, it's like 14-15 yrs in total for it to become like Noida sectors that are close to Delhi..

How long does it usually take YIEDA to refund the earnest money if no allotment is done?
When can a successful allottee sell his plot after allotment? is it only after possession or right after allotment?

Money is returned in 80-90 days. You can't sell the plot till registry and possession. It happens within 3-5 years.
