Robot 64: Tutorial + Hub IC's (0xA)

Welcome to my new challenge: the Robot 64 ABC! Here, I plan to attempt every single ice cream in the game with the minimum A button/space bar presses. Dialogue doesn't count, and any glitches are allowed.
The tutorial is pretty easy, nothing to worry about, but I just need to tell y'all, the dive is broken, and the only saving grace of this challenge.
The first ice cream we get ("You can jump!" which is massively misleading here) is easy, with a dive.
The second one, however, ("Getting On Top of the Observatory") is a bit harder, as there's no direct way of getting on top of the observatory. Instead, we use a glitch I like to call the "Corner Climb." Basically, we dive onto a wall with a sharp corner, and run off of it, then spin back onto it, and if you are fast enough, you can dive onto it again and do it again until you get onto the platform.
