The sticky tabs are surprisingly strong. I’ve never worn them for more than 3 days, but I’m sure they could last you a week if not longer, since they still stick extremely firmly after 3 days.

No acrylic hardens on its own gel needs the lamp
UV gel glue is the 4th option. You can cure the nails once they are transparent enough
You aren’t supposed to use uv gel with pressons especially since they aren’t transparent so you risk getting infected from under cured gel
