Jaruri nahi ki aapki tarah sabhi log samajhdar ho. Different examples ke sath video banaya ha isliye time thoda sa jarur laga hai.
Ctrl+E formula didn't work on create email ID. Formula is copying all names' initial as "J" only. Pls check and advise. Thanks.

Type two initials like J and M. After that select all the cells including initials and press Ctrl+E
