They’re real wedding was amazing
I miss the first few seasons when the show was about nerds doing nerdy things, somewhere around season 5-6 it turned into a relationship drama featuring socially awkward scientists.
Writers probably ran out of ideas for nerds doing nerdy things
Once they introduced Amy, it started going downhill.
Side note: Amy was originally slotted for one episode. It was parsons' insistence that she became his regular on show girlfriend.

Amy is much better than me, I couldn't tolerate a person who acted like Sheldon, let alone date and marry them. I do think however that Amy and Sheldon are a better couple than Leonard and Penny, a lot better.
Yes irl Sheldon's personality wouldn't fly. But in a make believe overdramatic world, it works. His romance with Amy is kinda his redemptive trait. They fit together better as both being stubborn, intellectually matched, and not pushovers, than the ballbusting Penny and pushover Leonard.

The whole build up for Penny and Leonard was that they were going to be the next Ross and Rachel.
Problem is, Ross and Rachel... were problems! So very many problems...

If these two had a baby, how would you think he/she resembled?
What if their son was like Penny or like their Uncle Georgie and Aunt Missy? Sheldon would be devastated if his son didn't have an interest in science.

I’m so over the cultural appropriation bs. Everything is appropriated. Why shouldn’t he smoke signal his true love. That’s more rare than the rarest matter.
