Seeing holding midfielders go for 100m, I think 60m for Eze and Olise, is Palace selling themselves short
Yh but rice is consistent these guys are more injury prone
Prices 'start' from 60 mill .
If 2 or 3 clubs really want him , that'll rise considerably
Rice is consistent but like any player could get injured any time, even , these guys actually score goals and are more attacking and technically gifted than Rice so even 50-60% fit they would score more than Rice would
They played hard with Zaha and ended up losing them for free. Cant afford to make that mistake again
@@leonfearon1 Zaha was older, these are still young players
£60m is cheap in this day and age...I'd ask for more!
And risk losing them for free like they did with Zaha
@@leonfearon1olise signed a 4 year contract last year
“Matepa” 😂😂😂😂😂😂
And Jack Grealish went for $100mil? Lol. These dudes are on another level.
It should be remembered what Jack Grealish was doing at the time he went for that rather than what he is doing now.
It's not that long ago that everyone was making out that Grealish was a unique maverick with x factor who was key to England's success. People were demanding he was in the England squad.
@@paulos9900Spurs were reportedly in for him at 1/3 the price the year before, but fumbled the bag at the last second.
@@paulos9900Facts. He was the big fish at Villa. He’s still the same level of player, he’s just moved from a lake to an ocean.
QPR on 20% sell on fee on Eze, they could well do with that for next season.
we need it, our transfer fine from 2013 finally runs out too
£60m for Eze is very cheap in this current market. Unbelievable player who could play for anyone in this league.
Release clause unfortunately
@@Kjr30 thought that was just Olise?
Fair enough not a Palace fan but I would want at least that for them
Football seems to be about top 6 teams..Very sad. Why can’t teams like Palace build upon what they got. What chance do managers of those outside the top 6 have? They are on a hiding for nothing…Players used to be loyal to their clubs, now they play to for lower clubs to move on to top 6
This is the first time i would not be sad to see both of our best players leave . Id love them to stay but after buying Wharton and Munoz i am confident we will continue to strengthen.
Always sucks when you have quality players and inevitably they move on to big clubs.
Eze is on a next level atm hes a serious player
He’s a decent bottom half of the league winger. Reminds me a lot of what Allan Saint-Maximin was like at Newcastle. Incredible on his day, but that day didn’t come around often.
@@bendavidjohn nonsense! Eze is ridiculous. Allan Saint maximin was great to but no end product. Eze has end product
@@bendavidjohn what an awful take, maybe next time just say you don't watch him play. that way you won't look as clueless 🙂
@@harryn1602 proof is in the pudding pal. Palace been awful for 90% of the season.
@bendavidjohn by that logic, no one who has ever played for a midtable team in the league has been good? Wow, you're even more dense than your original comment suggested 🤡😂
I am hopeful thst both will stay for another season with ehat our new manager is achieving
they're staying for one more season to see what glasner can do with them and see if we can progress as a club
I'd have eze at Liverpool all day
swap for nunez all day
He’d not want to live there
As a palace fan I wouldn't be selling either for under £100m and up to £150m each, that's how good they are
Lol, you must be drunk. 50m max for them, they are made of glass & will miss big chunks every season.
Your only chance of a team spending that money on them is Chelsea lol
150 mil your kidding right?
@@akachied4166 100% agree
Asking for that price and they will be stuck at Palace forever. The tide is changing I don’t think the big clubs will go over £80 m for a single player now
Matepa, Matipa, however you pronounce it. Jordan "on it and at it" as always.
Fair prices and good business for all parties
Both are really good players
Both are incredible players; if only they had both stayed healthy for long enough to play consistent games together.
Would have olise to replace salah at liverpool
when he's fit he's incredible bit like Neto of Wolves both amazing but have major injury problems.
Is he not a massive United fan
Chelsea to unload a load of players, Mudryk madueke Sterling included and bring both in 😂
2 very underrated player's
No club who is in the premiership for any period of time needs to sell players, the league will never improve if smaller clubs sell their players.
think 60m is too little, should be 70m and 80m for eze and olise respectively.
Very good players those two, they will look very different in a good team.
Both players have a horrendous injury record that's the only reason teams would be apprehensive to pay big money
I'd have em both at United. Send AWB & Mguire the other way
It should be RASHFORD & Martial to London
Palace dont need scraps. thank you
@@Ayah_Mia accrington more like
@@leonhughes9014 🤣
@chibuotachibuota5693 yeah you do coz you can't keep your good players as you are a little club, and you get what your given
£60m is cheap when you see what the going rate is these days. They could get more than that.
"Common sense is a commodity that evades most people". Absolutely spot on Simon, an ever prevailing theme in todays world 👌🤌
It seems reasonable price, especially since they are both English players. Palace can't replace them for any less than 60 unless they do what Brighton does and buy undeveloped talented player that they shape into premier leauge stars. But you need extraordinary scouting to do it and i dont know i lf palace has it.
Olise is french
Olise is English, he was born in Hammersmith, London.
He could qualify to play for France, Nigeria and Algeria via his parents.
@@krisdoorga6558 he plays for France
@@krisdoorga6558he is committed to France
@krisdoorga6558
He'll get an England cap soon , he's already blanked France after his injury fiasco for U 21 side.
His price will rocket if he does well .
Martin Keown 😂😂😂
Should be £100 Million each
As a palace fan, pls sign Morgan Whittaker 🙏🏾
I’m worried abt Olise injuries this season. United should’ve learnt from Mount. We need players who are gonna be available for the most part of the season.
Mateta's come on in leaps and bounds😀⚽️🦅
I can see one of them replacing Salah at Liverpool
I don't disagree with 60m but much far north of that is ridiculous.
If any of the top clubs want these 2 for me I would say £60m + a like for like trade
Is martin doing his maths homework here or what
For me, your price for a player should be determined for how fit they have stayed in their overall career, or recent seasons.
In palaces case, olise has only played something like 15 games,
Eze is also injury prone too. So for any "Big club" They will be taking a massive gamble to spend 60 million, or 120 million on the pair, for them both to not stay fit.
Personally I wouldn't pay it.
Simon Jordan: "invent the atom" 😆
60 mil looks like a bargain for any side if you ask me especially for olise
I would take both players at United. Eze to replace Bruno because he is not a 10 and Olise for Antony!!!
Both players have themselves and Palace in mind when it comes to them being sold. Just look at the contracts they've signed. 60 million is just the starting price, we all know in this day and age they're worth more, but we also don't want to bite ourselves in the foot again like we did with Wilf. Whatever happens The boys and Palace will come out on top, in negotiations. As we signed and believed in them, when otheres didnt. Some may say, they only care about themselves, well you're wrong. They Signed contracts which benifit them and our club massively. Whatever happens, they'll always be in our hearts.
It’s a shame cus I think palace cud challenge for top 8 nest season if they keep there first 11 injury free
They ain't for sale
You don't put a price on something if its not for sale.
They are for the right price . Everyone is .
Yes but not 60 million you paid 80 million for that dogshit maguire
I mean I don’t blame palace at all, I’m a Villa fan and if Watkins or luiz was going to go in the summer, 60-80 million is the least I’d want.
Your not a Villa fan
Did Man U pay 70 million for anthony,60 million seems too cheap to me for any one of them .
not sure physics is Simon Jordan's strong point
Thats a bargain both would be exceptional for any top 4 side
Eze!
In todays market I think 60milion is cheap.
Goldbridge going to have a meltdown
Must hurt Jordan to praise Palace considering Brighton are one of his favourite teams now. Some rivalry that from a massive Palace man
Jordan can’t stand Brighton, he’s paid to talk on radio so of course he’s going to appreciate what Brighton have achieved last two seasons doesn’t mean he likes them, means he a fair unbiased pundit like they all should be
Actual prices that seem reasonable
The players may see out their🤪😆 contract and go for nothing...
United should grab both of them. 60 mill is cheap in today’s market
As Liverpool man I'd love both
Eze should come home to Arsenal❤
Jesus arsenal fans thinking it’s home to every player 😂 wilf wouldn’t go to arsenal despite being a fan because he loved money more than arsenal and palace paid more in wages and bonuses.
@@quimmysaville6790Eze came through the arsenal academy and is a boyhood fan, do you need more info?
Wouldn't mind having Eze or olive tbf. But I doubt we go for them because of their injury records
@@quimmysaville6790we could have bought wilf Zaha if we wanted. Emery wanted him , he wanted to come. Raul sanelhi forced the pepe signing instead. Our club was a mess at the time

they'll make over 100m on eze and olise and then repeat the trick again by dipping into the championship for Philogene and Rowe from Norwich
No they won't.
Reading get some of olise's money in 'sell on' clause & QPR get 20% of Ebs .
@@peterherrington3300 they factor any existing sell-on clauses into the sale price you dope. If palace want to bank 50m per player, they'll add on 20 percent onto the asking price to cover the 20 percent they owe qpr. So if they sell at 75m they'll still get their 50m per player.

It’s time the EPL clubs start looking at how the AFL identify and develop players in a market that relies on prudent scouting rather than trying to buy themselves out of trouble!
Thumbs down because of the loud jingle at the end
They wanted £80m for Zaha and now he’s playing in Turkey ffs.. Sometimes this stuff can backfire, especially when these players aren’t outputting in a manner that justifies the price tag.
I think they were determined to keep Zaha so deliberately priced teams out. It's seems they are willing to let these lads go, £60 in the current climate is fair.
@@mrnumba154 Agree on Zaha, but fair? 8 goals and 5 assists £60m? A player injured so much he’s played 15 games all season £60m? That’s not fair..
The issue is Premier League clubs from top to bottom have insane amounts of money now, it was only the summer of 2022 that Southampton outspent Madrid, and got relegated.. Clubs don’t “need” the money now so can put silly price tags and if no one bites, oh well.. Rice went for over £100m, he’s not even worth a third of that.. Palace don’t need money, TV rights are bonkers today, but there’s no way those two are worth anywhere near that.. Not a single team outside the Premier League would look at them at that price.
@@Primitive01I get you, the market is clearly inflated. However g/an aren’t all u should look at. How about how the players ability to take on defenders, passsing , and etc. You could dribble through a whole team, pass to someone on the edge of the box, and they could mess everything up. You get no assists for that. So whilst g/a is somewhat important it doesn’t tell the whole story
@@broskibrobro1278 The best players generally play for the best clubs, there’s a reason Eze and Olise are playing for Palace right now.. But if top clubs sign them and they go on to do good things then great for them.. You never know how well a player is going to do at a top club until one signs them.. Kleberson won the World Cup, signed for United and vanished, yet Chicarito was signed from the Mexican league and flourished, it is what it is.. There are a ton of examples, you never know until it happens.. I just think £60m is too much.. I think it’s a very expensive gamble..
Very different to someone like Zaha, everyone could see he had something about him, he was a match winner, he made the difference, he “should” have been at a top club, one of the best players to ever play the game but go on to have an average career.. I personally don’t see that with Eze and Olise.
If you pay that especially for Olise, then you deserve everything you get..How many times has he been injured this season?
Olise has a release clause of 54 mil tho
How do you know that?
@@jeagle215 fabrizio Romano said so and he’s the most reliable journalist in the world

65 mill .
@@jackramsay2267 lol we will see just wait he will go to united for 65 mil euros 54/57 mil pounds
1000% without Steve Walsh and his networking, we may not have won the championship as easy. The focus from Pearson on character and walshies assessment, we would never had stayed up. Then all that scouting of talent and character, we would not have won the league in 2016. Yes it sounds crazy being that invested in a director of football but when you use Leicester as a model for overachieving, looks like a bargain.
Why applaud this? Neither will be sold at those figures and they will therefore both remain at Palace until they go stale and lose value. I don’t want either at my club and you can get an equal or better player abroad for a third of that money.
Why would anyone buy olise for more than 30M, he's very talented but looks like one of those players who wont reach their potential because of constant injuries
£60m each is peanuts. They are worth over £100m each
There's a release clause in olises contract
Not as simple as it sounds it’s a very difficult clause to trigger
