Ever since the switch I have been having nothing but problems. I hate the ea app

I had the message today about the change. And it changed my game language.. cannot get it back to English. I am PISSED. But I will keep using Orgin until they kick me out. At least i can play the game

my sims wont update on it, if you have advice i beg for it the support doesnt work and i havent got the 3 dots at the top to clear cache

Yes, I definitely would! When in doubt, always back them up, even more so with a big change like this because you just never know what issues could happen
