No loads of people would commit crimes
Minor traffic violations take up a majority of court cases, if courts took violent crimes more seriously and didn't waste time on people going 2 miles above the speed limit, things would be better.
Wouldn't surprise me if Judge Caprio ordered a pizza every week and tipped him $25 to pay the fees.

as a delivery driver, I received more tips from the working class people living in the projects/council houses, than the people living in luxury homes!! The rich ones would wait for their 50cent/50pence change!!

I believe working class people give kind of generous tips because we appreciate the person's personality if someone shows up and is very kind who wouldn't be oblivious to give a kind tip psst( people who only think about money don't give much tips)
Opposite for me, nobody tips in the ghetto but I get $10-$20 tips from middle class homes.

I Love when he gets the little kids behind the Desks. With the Judge it is so very cool when he does he do it. Very nice Judge I noticed with a few Men and Women when they say they can pay $100 a Week. He says no just pay $20. The reason why he says that so they don't get all upset about money and stuff. He is always so nice to everyone.

My grandfather also sold fruit from a fruit cart. Unfortunately, he fell off the cart and never recovered. He passed away in 1927, leaving my grandmother with 5 small children to raise, my mother being the youngest.
