Yea exactly. We know Solar said it's okay but she looks kinda taken aback and if she says it's not okay on TV, boss Yang image will be affected. But he still definitely needs to ask for permission from her agency and herself to continue putting her picture and name there.
There is a difference between putting out a pic of a magazine and putting out a picture of her

I think this was part of the script it to make it like boss yang seems like bad person. He's alrdy potrait as beggar eater and persistent tricky gym owner use anything to manipulate new member. Solar part of big agency without their prior agreement to use her photo to adv a gym it won't be easy peasy ..though she's personally didn't mind, her agency have right to disagree.
This scripted, Kbs lying alot of time, like cannot eat and drink during training, and the first water blablala, just look at Solar video. Don't get me who g they both work hard and looks great, but boss in the mirror exaggerated alot of stuff.
I'm pretty sure they actually asked her agency first, don't think it's legal to use her photos for advertisements without consent

But he is not the owner of the pic and he is using someone else's (a popular celebrity for that matter) picture for advertising his business without their prior consent. If this was not part of the script of the show, he could get sued for that.

peopl worrying abt legalities. Do you really think Boss yang who knows how to spend his money well haven't thought of that? I doubt that he didn't talk abt this with RBW and Solar beforehand. It's not entertaining showing people negotiating abt business plus contracts are usually confidential. With all the ridiculous acts added here to make it entertaining and with how the show constantly point Boss yang as bad you haven't thought this is scripted? It’s not healthy to yo-yo diet. How about teaching a healthy lifestyle and a way to maintain muscle in a realistic way? Without extreme diets that make people binge eat afterwards .
If you watch Boss in the Mirror, you'll know that maintaining once body is up to the trainer or the person, and if you watch the clip, Boss yang doesn't like maintaining his abs … and this is a variety show.
we all have an on and off season body... it's not like you are weight cutting like a fighter. if you lose the weight in a good amount of time then cool, but if you dehydrate yourself to get into that shape then that's when it gets unhealthy.
