N baingain ka bharta ivaalla try chestaanu, usually Telugus lo vankai pulusu pachchadi ani cheskuntaamu where in we add chintapandu pulusu for the tang n little bit of jaggery to even it out. But I am sure bharta will make a great combination with rotis.
