    Where would you suggest building a playbook? Just a google slide?

      Google Slides is definitely a great option so it can easily be updated. The main thing is finding a solution that the team knows where to find it, can easily access it and that it can easily be updated. The last thing you want is to create a great looking playbook that nobody refers to and it never gets updated.
