The Medium Duty Door Closer provides added security and safety to your space by automatically closing the door after every open for peace of mind. It's 3 hour fire rated (UL Listed) and is suitable for interior or exterior doors. The closer is a size 3 and features a 180-degree opening range and adjustable closer speed to seamlessly control the closing and latching of your doors and eliminate any slamming. Adjustable back check helps prevent wind damage to your closer and your door. This highly versatile closer works on interior doors up to 38" wide and exterior doors up to 30" wide. It can be applied to left or right hinged doors and can be standard, top or parallel mounted. An aluminum closer body, mounting hardware and installation instructions are included.
