Siesta Key Beach Debby Damage! Street drainage, sand loss, and seaweed... Tropical Storm Debby.

Tropical Storm Debby (upgraded to Hurricane Debby after it passed us heading north) dumped MASSIVE amounts of rain on Sarasota, Florida. Some neighborhoods flooded several feet. Siesta Key Beach was hit hard by the sand removal from the storm and had several street drainage damage areas.
Lots of the beautiful quartz sand along Gulf shoreline has been washed away. Not sure if Siesta Key will ever win "#1 Beach in USA" award again. Sad...
But enjoyed a beautiful sunset and met wonderful people enjoying the PARADISE of Siesta Key Beach.
