they keep nerfing everything because they want to extend the ttk. so they will absolutely not buff anything dramatically, that would essentially be undoing what theyve already done. havoc will get nerfed unfortunately. i knew it was going to show up in the lime light, i was callin it forever lol back then i always heard it had crazy recoil, tried it out and was like "what this thing is awesome!" its so sad, that theyve pretty much took a shot at almost every weapon.
